Calvary is a place where God radically rescues the world through His Son, Jesus Christ. It is a place of pain, sorrow, tragedy and forgiveness. Calvary is where we find the cross. And in the cross-work of Christ we get an inside look at the heart of our Heavenly Father and His intention for lost humanity. An intimate reflection of Calvary reveals a place where grace is still amazing.

Calvary Baptist Church, in downtown Spartanburg, SC is seeking to be just that type of place. It is our desire to be a conduit of God's grace to the hurting world. We really believe that it is our privilege to spread the fame of our AWESOME GOD by impacting lives for eternity right now!

	At the very core of Christian joy is pleasing the Father. This is what the prodigal son lost and what we loose everyday when we don't seek His Kingdom in order to discover ultimate pleasure in Him. The Lord's Prayer is the bedrock of our search for this joy. We will discover the significance of this prayer as a pattern on Sunday mornings.
	The grace of generous giving is not just a fanicful idea it is the mind of God regarding our giving. When it comes to money, what did Jesus commend and what did He condemn? This Wednesday night study will investigate the issue of stewardship and its implications for His Church today.
